30-Day Senior Satisfaction Guarantee

At Strive Home Care your satisfaction is our primary focus.  Should you try our services and are not 100% satisfied, we will either provide a service credit or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions:

  • This guarantee is offered only to new customers within 30 days of starting your services and can be used only once.  All customers must have paid and cleared their service deposit.
  • Contact us in writing at ( Admin@Strive-HomeCare.com ) just as soon as you are dissatisfied, no later than 2 business days after the incident or the ‘shift’ in which we did not meet your expectations.
  • Strive Home Care will have 48 hours from receiving written notification from you to resolve your dissatisfaction.
  • We are here to listen to your concerns and gain a better understanding of the issues you may have. If you decide to continue with Strive, we want to show our appreciation by offering you a credit that you can use towards our future services. This care credit is valid for use within 30 days.
  • Alternatively, if you would prefer, we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund for the fees associated with the shift that you had concerns about, within a 30-day timeframe. We’ll also return any remaining balance of your deposit. Rest assured, refunds will be issued directly to the payer.
  • The amount of your refund will be calculated based on the number of service days that have passed between the time of the event that left you dissatisfied and the 30th day of our guarantee period. It’s important to note that once Strive Home Care has resolved the issue to your satisfaction, it cannot be used as a reason for a refund.
  • Please be aware that these credits and refunds specifically cover service fees only. Any expenses or mileage charges will not be included.
